I suggest that the recently observed hot-dust elongated structure likely engulfs neutron star (NS) remnant of supernova (SN) 1987A was shaped by jets NS launched shortly after it acquired its natal kick velocity. take axis two post-kick to be along long dimension structure, which term bipolar lobe. The jittering explosion mechanism accounts for misalignment and main-jets ejecta. For shape lobe their energy should have been about equal ejecta inner outer edge lobe, E2j≈Eej(Rlobe)≃4.6×1048erg. an efficiency ζ=0.01−0.1 convert accretion jets’ estimate accreted mass Macc,pk≈2×10−4−0.002M⊙. negative feedback mechanism, where remove some could accreted, limited amount mass. This study adds growing recognition importance in core collapse supernovae, including post-explosion jets.
